The short version

Paid work is covered by the written Service Agreement you sign. These terms cover the website, the free Lightsource Score and connected accounts.
The free Score is an estimate from public data on the day we run it. It's not a promise of rankings or calls.
We're not part of Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform, and we can't control what they do.
If you connect an account to us, we only use it for the work you asked for, and you can disconnect it any time.

Who we are

Lightsource Pro is a business name of Edelio Sanchez, a sole proprietor in Florida ("Lightsource Pro", "we", "us"). We help local businesses in Central Florida get more calls from Google Maps with websites, Google Business Profiles, reviews, social posts and video.

These terms apply when you use lightsourcepro.com, ask for a free Lightsource Score, or connect an account to us. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our free tools.

We may move our business into a company we form, such as a Florida limited liability company, or to someone who takes over the whole business. If we do, these terms move with it and stay the same for you.

Paid services

Paid work, such as a website, Google Business Profile management, review programs, social posting or video, is covered by a written Service Agreement that we both sign. That agreement sets the price, what's included, our guarantees and how either of us can end it. If the Service Agreement and these terms ever say different things, the Service Agreement controls.

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept just by clicking. Prices and plans on the site can change, and the price in your signed agreement is the one that counts.

The free Lightsource Score

The Lightsource Score is a free report on how a business shows up on Google Maps. We build it from public information, such as Google search results, the business's Google profile and website, and online directories, on the day we run it.

It's an estimate, not a promise. Google results change by location, device, time and search, so another search can show something different. The Score is our opinion of what to fix first.
It doesn't guarantee results. Following its suggestions won't guarantee any ranking, number of calls, reviews or sales.
Ask about your own business. Please only request a Score for a business you own or work for. We may decline any request.
It's for you. You can share your own report with anyone you like. Please don't sell it or present it as your own work.

Google and other platforms

Our work happens on platforms we don't own or control, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, website hosts, domain registrars and text-message providers. Each one has its own rules, and they can change those rules, suspend accounts, or have outages at any time. We aren't responsible for what those platforms do.

Lightsource Pro is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform. Their names and logos belong to their owners, and we use them only to describe the services we work with.

Connected accounts

Some services need access to your accounts, such as your Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn. When you connect an account, you sign in on that platform's own screen and choose what to allow. You don't give us the password for these accounts.

What we do with it: publish the posts, photos and videos covered by your Service Agreement, and read the performance numbers the platform shares (such as views, calls, website clicks and direction requests) so we can report results to you.
What we don't do: we don't sell anything we get through a connected account, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't use it for anything other than your work.
Your content stays yours. You own what you give us and what we post for you. You give us permission to use it only to do your work.
You can disconnect any time, in the platform's settings or by asking us. Disconnecting stops posting and reporting for that account.
Platform rules apply. Everything we post must follow the platform's own terms, such as the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You're responsible for making sure the content you give us is yours to use and is accurate.

What we keep from a connected account. The access the platform gives us (a sign-in token, not your password), your account or page name and picture, the posts we schedule and publish for you, and the performance numbers the platform reports. We keep this on our own posting system, only for as long as we work for you. When you disconnect or our work ends, we stop using it. Ask us and we'll delete what we hold from that account within 30 days.

Google. Lightsource Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information from our website forms and text messages.

Using this site

Please use the site and our free tools only for lawful purposes. Don't:

send false information, or request a Score in someone else's name;
try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
copy the site or its content in bulk with bots or scrapers;
use our forms to send spam or anything harmful.

We may block anyone who does.

Our content

The text, design, guides, report format and code on this site belong to Lightsource Pro. You may read them, link to them and share them for your own use. Please ask before copying them for anything else.

Who owns a website we build for a client, and when it transfers, is set by that client's Service Agreement.

Disclaimers and limits

The site, our guides and the free Score are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate, but we don't promise they're complete, current or free of errors, and we don't promise the site will always be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lightsource Pro isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, from using the site or the free tools. For anything free, our total liability is limited to $100. Some laws don't allow these limits. Where they don't, the limits apply as far as the law allows.

For paid services, the limits in your Service Agreement apply instead.

Florida law

Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we offer these terms in another language, the English version controls.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Changes apply from that date. They don't change a Service Agreement you've already signed.
